I just PATCHed ICR2 and the tire grip is improved. I made a few errors
in installation most noticeably: I LOST ALL MY CARSETS!! except for the
original Papy set.
I have a question though:
How do you enable the frame rate display?
(Or is that just available on the Win95 version?)
I also haven't determined if I must now re-patch the Paintkit?

Thanks Mike, In the interim I had figured out that you can only see the
frame rate display from the***pit view (not the arcade view which I
need to use to drive at Cleveland).

Yeah, I used SAVEALL to move all my setups, replays, season, etc. to another
directory. Then, before I DELTREEd the ICR2 directory, I made sure that
everything I needed saving was moved. But I found some more important stuff
was left (including Earl Ma's 1995 IndyCar set and various helpful snippets
that I got from r.a.s.) which I then salvaged before deleting the directories.
<ALT>-<F> (available in the DOS version as well).
Yes, you have to re-patch PaintKit.
