Slow Framerate with 3dfx patch/nascar2

Anyone else having problems like this? I do not know what is wrong. I am
running this on a p200 mmx and a diamond monster 3d. Could it be i have
enhanced too many tracks, cars, etc. from the web? Could someone please let
know what is wrong? Anyway the cars look awesome!!!!!!!
