GPL an idea that probably won't work

I was thinking of how to convert tracks from one sim to another. If you
can strip out 3do or equivalent files from CPR, F1RS or TOCA can they be
loaded up into GP?. If this can be done with TOCA2 when it comes out,
you will be able to get an O/S mapped Brands Hatch track (with bumps and
all) - maybe only the Indy, but it would certainly be a good start for
the '67 F1 circuit since Brands has hardly changed since then.
I don't really know what I'm talking about, but it's a thought anyway.
Be nice to try the GPL cars on some other real life circuits, wouldn't
it?
Cheers,
Paul

I'm sure we'll be driving GPL cars on many other tracks, with the
development that's going on with Paul Hoad's GPL Track Editor
(http://www.grandprix2.com/gpl/editors.htm).

With his GP2 track editor (http://members.xoom.com/paulhoad/) many people
have created dozens of fantastic add-on tracks for GP2.

Thanks to Paul Hoad and countless others who are creating editors, add-ons,
carsets, tracks, ... that add to the enjoyment of our favorite sims.
