When you are running the game on your server, is it running full screen? I
do some programming and it might be possible to hook into the game's
process and send commands/messages to it to switch sessions and get the
damn server car off the grid, but if that fails it might also be possible
to get the window's region and implement some sort of mouse/keyboard hack
program to automaticly push the session buttons and the escape key. If i
have some free time next weekend I might play around with those ideas. I'll
let you know if i come up with anything successful.

It's probably running full screen, like a client would.  But where would that
setting be?

Not really - in a 100% Hungaroring recently I ran 90% and duct=4 and still
lost the brakes towards the end :(
