I have playerd Nascar with 2 people over Kali, but is it possible to
get more in a single game?  We can never seem to get 3 into the same
game.  If anyone knows it it's possible, please let me know.  And if it
isn't, well then PAPYRUS RELEASE ANOTHER PATCH!
An e-mail response would be greatly appreciatted.

It's not possible with Kali & the patch is already out... It's called
Hawaii.

Any chance you guys may be relocating to El Paso, TX?  That would be the
best patch of all!!  Local Hawaii!  :-)  Or perhaps your Phone card number?
No?  Oh well.  Patiently awaiting NRL.

Gee ...that's really useful advice for the rest of the world ED!

No wonder it's called HAWAII....play NASCAR online or fly to Hawaii for
your vacation, the annual cost is gonna' be the same, probably even if
you DO live in the contiguous USA. 8^)))

Actually, if you look back to the original post, it was specifically
defined as more than 2 players.

I was not commenting on the original post...I was commenting on the
remark that it would cost the same to visit hawaii as it would to play
Nascar online. My point is that is not true! Nascar CAN be played online
, YES with only two people, and yes over the internet. For people who
did not know any better they would see that post as a long distant phone
call to play Nascar online. I am trying to dispell that thought and get
more 1v1 Nascar races going. Its a great game, why play it alone!

Nascar will work over kali allowing a "TWO PLAYER"
connection to be established!

First you will need to obtain the following:

* Kali ( DOS or WIN95 ) available here: http://www.axxis.com/kali/

* Nascar Ver. 1.21 patch availablr here:
http://www.theuspits.com/workshop.htm

* Hawaii: http://www.theuspits.com/workshop.htm

Quick setup guide for KaliCar (Nascar via Kali)

1.) Upgrade your Nascar Racing sim using the upgrade patch.

2.) Install the Hawaii addon into your Nascar directory.

3.) In Kali95 setup Nascar as one of the games to launch by calling
MULTI.EXE -N (also -h or any other options u prefer)
Kali MUST load the multi -n command for the connection to work.

4.) In Nascar Multiplayer setup for DIRECT connection by
    highlighting modem and hitting enter.

5.) DO NOT add any IP numbers as it is not needed and will not work!

6.) Have one player call and one player answer.

Alot of us meet in Kali St. Louis (128.252.125.187) in the chat
channel

Listen to me.....You are a pathetic little nothing.  What Keiron
is referring to is the online sevice named HAWAII which has not gone
national yet.  You have to call a select number that could be hundreds
of miles away to access it. On hawaii it is possible to have
full-field races.  Keiron was not saying that you could go to hawaii
instead of playing Nascar online!!!

HE WAS SAYING YOU COULD PROBABLY GO TO HAWAII WITH WHAT IT COSTS TO
PLAY NASCAR "ON HAWAII"

So, what have we learned, peon?

   1.  You should stay out of a conversation, if you are not
well-versed on the subject.

  2. You are an idiot to the Nascar Racing Sim world.

  3. It is thirty-five more times the fun to race with 35 drivers as
opposed to 1 other driver and a bunch of computer zombie-drone cars...

  4. It's a very expensive habit to race on Hawaii, as I personally
know.

and 5. There is no five, you're just an idiot.....

   J.Walsh (sirglock on Hawaii)

Feel free to reply.....

You are a funny guy! Don't yell at me because you forked out alot of
money calling a LD number. I think a 10 year can tell you if you dial
long distant it gets expensive! Here is THE QUOTE (so next time YOU take
the extra effort to be knowledgeable of what is being said):

Gee ...that's really useful advice for the rest of the world ED!

Now, to someone who is not aware and reads "...play NASCAR online or fly
to hawaii...cost is gonna be the same" what would they think? (If they
think anything, that is more than you are capable of!)

I apologize to those people I made aware that NASCAR can be played
online by two racers who don't want to spend LD charges. I guess
everyone enjoys getting as upset as Joshua does when the phone bill
arrives each month. Good day mate, and feel free to respond (at least
above a 6th grade level this time please!)
