Multiplayer on one computer in GP3?

I am wondering if GP3 will have the multiplayer feature from GP1/2 where
two or more people could take turns while the CPU drives the others car?

This was an extremely usefull feature of these sims for me as my friends
don't have computers and any multiplayer racing has to be on the one
machine, either the GP2 way or split screen; NFS, TOCA etc.  I am also too
far away from the on-line racing community to have any serious on-line
races.

I believe this has been confirmed to be available in GP3.
