"Of course there's now the multiplayer mode, which we talked about
yesterday. It works brilliantly, with no loss of frame rate over the three
networked PCs we ran together. Hasbro insists that you have one CD per
machine, but we discovered that as long as you start the game with the CD
in, you can eject it and take it to another PC, so the office doesn't have
to buy ten copies. "

This is from the review at
http://www.racesimcentral.net/

I personally havent tried multiplayer, and probably wont since you cant play
over the internet, but it seems like these comments are about the polar
opposite of what people here have experienced with the multiplayer.  Were
these guys given a different copy of the game, or are they just shills for
Hasbro, or are the people in this newsgroup doing something wrong?

They gushed over the entire game and gave it a 9.7 out of 10.

Ignore that GameSpot Uk review.  It's manipulated by the Hasbro suits, a
trend that has been happening for a couple of years, where journalism is now
a form of marketing.

Oh, after reading it, it became pretty obvious it was not exactly an
unbiased review.  There were just too many things in it that were complete
bullshit, based on several reports on this board.

C'mon Papy, PLEASE make a modern F1 sim... heck CART would be even better
IMO.

But the difficulty in reviewing Grand Prix 3 is in
determining exactly what it is the public wants.
On the one hand, Grand Prix 3 is a perfect, 10
out of 10 game, because it is just Grand Prix 2
updated and overhauled to reflect four years
of improved computer technology, and three
             years of improved car technology.

Lol  This guy is on some very good WEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
