Go to the PLAYER 4 options screen. Enter player 4 name as the following

world class - Enables the A8 Championship.
arcade unlimited - Enables all Arcade levels.
give me time - In service screen, press "T" for one extra minute,
keep adding time by repeatedly pressing T key.
arcade action - Surprises in arcade mode.
