Formula 1 Questions

I used "3/4" stock, which is more like 1/2" in actual dimension, and it
was not enough for my unit.  When I got my replacement springs from
Thrustmaster, I found that they have a significantly different feel.  They
work just as well, but they feel like they have more resiliance, so they
might not be as susceptible to the problems.  I'm assuming that new units
shipped recently have the newer springs.

Idunno, but I found that I couldn't control ANYTHING with IndyCar with
non-linear steering on the wheel, but linear steering makes it quite
a bit easier.  I think I was over-reacting, which put me into the very
non-linear part of the wheel... bottom line: try linear sterring.

Nope.  Mine actually flits back and forth, but I have enough control that
I can race effectively.  I suspect it's partly due to thermal issues,
and I'm about to go move my sound board from where it's located (DIRECTLY
over the cpu) to a less heat-prone area of the system.  I'll let you know
how that works out.

Formula 1 Questions

Hi all,

I just purchased a Thrustmaster T1 and I would like to ask a
few questions...

1)  What size piece of wood do I need to keep the pedals from going to far
down,  This is a problems a read about in this news group a while
        ago.

2)  Why do my nascar setups seem so much more loose then with my ch Products
        Flight Yoke...

3)  Should I worry that when calibrating the wheel and pedals that the
        arrow doesn't match perfectly...in Nascar 1.1

Thanks,
        Andrew
