% Is anyone out there using this combination? i just got these and i have the
% gamecard installed properly and the t2 plugged in. the diagnostic software
% reads the wheel and pedals, but when i go into control panel, all i get is a
% not connected message for the t2. there is only 1 way to plug the controller
% in, so what am i doing wrong? if i run nascar2 in dos, it will calibrate but
% when i try to race, i hit the gas pedal and nothing happens even though the
% pedals calibrated in the options menu. what do i need to do to get this
It sounds as if you may have DirectX 5 installed on your machine. If
this is the case, your T2 must be Device ID #1. You also might want to
try ThrustMaster's ProPanel applet for Win95.

As to the problems in DOS. Are you sure you set the controls after
calibration? I know this sounds like a stupid question, but I can't
think of any other reason why your T2 shouldn't work in DOS if the N2
calibration reads the device properly. You may want to try deleting
controls.cfg and the calib.val files in your main NASCAR2 directory and
restart the program. Calibrate and then select controlling options.
