N2 Restricter plate setting?

I had to reinstall my Nascar 2 because the patch screwed up my braking. Now
that I've reinstalled, the restrictor plate is back on at Talledaga and I
lost my sheet telling me how to take it off. Can someone refresh my memory?

Edit the taladega.txt file, changing the One to a Zero on the SPDWY line.
You'll also need to raise the RELS line to allow the AI cars to keep up.
