OK, I have asked a few times and STILL havent
received any feedback on how to do this, I would
really like to break Bill Eliots Track record
but I can't acheive this without this Restricter
plate removal cheat... Anyone? Anyone? Anyone?

You have to edit your <track>.txt file in your ..\TALADEGA\ directory.
Change the SPEEDWY parameter from 0 to 1.
Speed galore!

If your racing in the IWCC series I would think this would be illegal.I
know that there are probably people doing it but whats the point.
