This patch has: Improved network play, the computer cars now available
in network play. All network players must have this patch otherwise the
computers cars won't appear.
Also: Improved all round graphics cards support, added option to turn
on/off Tiff's commentry during the championship season and finally the
nVidia support has been improved.
