Today while I was playing NASCAR 2 I discovered on Darlington turn 1 and
2 off of the front straight that there are two signs that say Daytona USA.
I would like to know if anyone else has seen this and why this is
possibly here.
Thanks for time please look.

Daytona USA is a themed motorsports attraction, located near turn 4 at
Daytona. (Sort of the "Universal Studios" type of deal, but for
NASCAR.)

Daytona USA has real ads at Darlington, and we were able to get the
rights to use their logo on the ads, so we included it. (Daytona USA
is run by a different company than Daytona International Speedway, so
having the rights to the Daytona USA billboard is not the same as
having the rights to the speedway. {Figured I'd head that one off
before the *** theorists got hold of it...})

Hah! They're way ahead of you, Jim. I understand that Oliver Stone has
already bought the book rights and recently signed Woody Harrellson to play
the lead. ;)

I think I've got it!  Bill France was the guy on the grassy knoll--now
it all makes sense...
