Can anyone suggest  why the AI cars are driving thru the pit wall to
pit on the inside of the wall ( car disappears while it is pitting )
and then it reappears back thru the wall. Also the cars are taking
some erratic driving lines around the track such as  a quick right
before the front straight and a quick left after wards ( you don't
ride beside the AI cars in these areas or you are run over ). Also
another small annoyance is the AI cars driving in the grass in turns
1,2 and 3 and 4.

I will add the graphics are awesome!

You can download the LP editor at the Pits and fix the AI yourself or
you can wait for someone else to do it.  It's not hard to do and kind
of fun.
By the way, where did you get the Texas track?

Actually the problem is not in the LP files but in the track.txt file...
there are some values in the PIT line that are missing. Below is the pit
line from my texas track... I can't recall where I got the fix though...
just cut this out and paste it over the PIT line in texas.txt:

PIT   186148 39901206 6645342 41243035 5957544 393251 26683136 40 40763035

Thanks for the replies, I am sorry that  my ISP dropped the ball this
last weekend and I did not see all the follow up messages in this
newsgroup and others I frequent, I  appreciate the efforts and I will
try to track down the lost ones by other means. I have found another
Texas track and this one runs great and is a pleasure to drive. I have
seen the LP Editors, but for whatever reason I thought they were
designed to edit the saved game replays.

Due the the complaints of others about these non-Sierra approved
tracks, I will respect them and the website I got them from and not
post the web address, Sorry,  I will say I found it by roaming thru N2
site and going to their links.. I will also add the bad Texas track
was called "Texasfw" and the good one was called plain "Texas".
