It does have damage(just don' crowd a Mustang based car, the invisible
damage bubble extends past that carshape since it's the shortest one.)..and
until somebody cracks the .exe file, the physics are courtesy of Papyrus.

Tweeks that improve 2.1. Especially in the LOD area so that framerate
should improve. The readme has a small list of improvements
2.2 - bug fixes for v2.0, full LoDs for 3do shapes, mfr wheels, 3do fixes,
individual shiny mips
again, the LOD work is the update here. 2.2 installs as a patch, not a
full new mod install.
Someone mentioned it fixed the problem with not being able to see the
warning lights in the***pit, but I still find they're nearly
impossible to see under most lighting conditions.

The exe was cracked long time ago, not saying we know everything there
is to know about it, but until there's an anti cheat tool in place,
we're not going to release stuff to the public
It does however have some important fixes, like the LoD's mentioned and
some***pit adjustments that also help boost the frame rate, some bug
fixes and different wheel shapes for the different cars

That's what I'm wondering myself. I've downloaded it, but have yet to
install it until someone relates that it is transparent to the server.
