If anyone out there is thinking about buying a T2 (or any other
Thrustmaster product) - DO IT.

These guys offer amazing support. I e-mailed them asking for some spares
for my T2, and a calibration dial/cable for my ACM card. Not only did
they reply (which is a bonus to start with), they also shipped them half
way around the world (to Australia) and - this is the best bit - I had
them a week later for NO CHARGE!

Now that is what I call 'standing behind the product you sell'.

Well, last week I posted that my T1 shifter had broken. I emailed
Thrustmaster the same day I posted and I have yet to hear from them. :{

On the other hand, the T1 turned out not to be broken, as it started
working again the next day. It must have been a glich in the software.

However, maybe Thrustmaster fixed it telepathically without me even
knowing about it! If that's the case, then I agree that their
support is amazing! :)

I will stand up for Thrustmaster also Scott.   I received a reply and
some new springs for my T1 in only two weeks ... also to Australia.

My T1 steering wheel pot is wearing out and I do not know how to fix
it.   I think I will get a T2 real soon.

Cheers,

Craig.

>My steering pot is wearing out on my T1, so I mailed Thrustmaster to ask about

the cost of a refurbishment kit several weeks ago and I haven't heard
a thing!

I sent Thrustmaster e-mail a few times with no response. However, I
picked up the phone, told them what i needed and had it about 3 days
later.
