gp2 helps me understand f1rs and mgrpr2

I was having a tough time learning the tracks in f1rs and monaco grand
prix 2 - sliding off all the time, forgetting where the higher and lower
speed corners were, etc.  (mgrpr2 is so close to f1rs that I wouldn't
buy both of them again, but I only paid $10 for f1rs, and mgrpr2 came
with a manual.)

After reading about the "staying power" of GP2 in this
: ) EXCELLENT NEWSGROUP : )
I decided to pick up a copy.  I could only find GP2 during a trip to
Germany, and had to deal with the menus being in German, but IT WAS
WORTH IT!!

The graphics in GP2 are as good as non-Voodoo graphics get.  GP2 is
easier to figure out the tracks, and to run with the AI than f1rs or
mgrpr2.  When I run the same track in f1rs or mgrpr2 that I've learned
in GP2, it makes a lot more sense.

I appreciate all the advice I've gotten off of this newsgroup!!!!!!!

Yeah, I've also tried GPL, but I think that my hardware is "one notch"
below what I need for it (333MHZ AMD w/ 12MEG V2).
