If I understand you correctly, the extra buttons do not work? Or they
just do not map correctly? I think you could probably fix that in the
registry. Notice the keys for
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\control\MediaProperties\Priv
ateProperties\Joystick\OEM\VID_046D&PID_C293\Buttons. There are 6 keys
there, numbered 0 through 5. You could add keys 6 through 9. Add the
"attribute" key from button 5, and increment the 7th byte of the
"attribute" value by 1 for each button. Worth a try.
