NASCAR No Cars Error

  I just DL'ed a car set off the web, when I went to use it and went
to race, I heard the sound but the screen stayed the same
(options screen)

I then went to reboot the game ( Because it froze ) and when I did I
got this error:

"CARS Directory not found, or incomplete or not enough memory"

I used a boot disk.

Place the new car set directory in the CARS subdirectory.
Make sure the .dat file name in the new car set matches the
subdirectory name. ie: CARS\IWCCCARS , IWCCCARS.dat
