Thanks Alot guys for putting out this utility. Believe it or not there are
some of us that only have intentions of modifying our own tracks. The guys at
Sim Project have give us the oppurtunity that other editors wouldn't. So to
anyone that downloads the program please comply with the agreement. Sim
Project promises more to come in the future. I'd sure hate to miss out.

My thoughts exactly!!! There are MANY of us who only want to tweak our own
games and are not in it to be the "ultimate" online hacker.....glad someone
had the b---s to put this online..only hope some jerks dont abuse it
