Now available on The Sim Project (Beta Section):

Gilles Benoit's 3DO Car Editor for NASCAR2 - 1.9Mb
  A Win95/NT editor that allows you to change the shape of the cars in N2.
  Requires Microsoft Excel v4.0 (or later)

Klaus H?rbrand's WinMip v1.1 Image Editor - 1Mb
  A Win95/NT program that allows you to convert the image files in N1, ICR2,
  ICR2-3D, and N2 to BMP format and back.  New version handles SRB files

Klaus H?rbrand's WinMip v1.1 Update - 28K
  Updates WinMip v1.0 to v1.1
