I finally got the Windows version of ICR2 installed on my computer, but
I have some funky graphics problems.  With the directDraw option
enabled, I get full screen but it looks like I'm stuck in an earthquake,
the screen is going everywhere, not to mention I get about .000000001
fps.  WIth the DirectDraw option off, everything runs smoothly, but its
all in a tiny box.  Any fixes for this?

you have to change your desktop setting before you launch the game.  I
"think" you'll only have to do it once...for some reason, windows or CART
don't realize
how big to make the screen.
Set your desktop to 640x480 and launch the sim.
then after you are done, reset the desktop to whatever size you use.
As far as the direct draw psycho-delic colours on the screen,   I would
get that randomly.  Exit back to one of the windows screens--like the
garage-- and then renter the track..that "might" clear up the colors.
