Why not look into the Competition Driving System from Extreme
Competition Controls? It is a SERIOUS bit of kit! Contact:

ThrustMaster Formula T2 any good?

A few weeks ago I bough the Formula T2 by Thrustmaster.  This is a great
steering wheel!  Compared to past products made with cheap materials, this
is great.  Some games, including NEED FOR SPEED, may no work with the
steering wheel and pedals at the same time because they are configured as
seperate joysticks. Here is the setup:
                               _____
                              /         \   * *  - Joystick 2 button a and
b
                              | wheel |       -   Joystick 1 x axis
                              \_____/   ...
                                             |    - Joystick1 gearshift
(button a and b)

                             _   _
                            /-/  /-/         -  Joystick2 x axis
                           Pedals

Really? I have a T1, but NFS runs just fine with it. Does the T2 come
with the adapter that I found necessary when using it with my SB16? Also,
what fetures does the T2 have that the T1 doesn't? Thanks...

The T2 has flat pedal pads instead of rollers. The wheel is supposed
to be softer (squeezable) than T1 (hard plastic). Other than that, it
looks about the same. BTW I don't have one, just going by the box.

I got my Formula T2 about three weeks ago and I am very happy with it
indeed. It has a nice feel and is very accurate - you even get used to
the gear shifter after a while. It's given a whole new lease of life
to NASCAR which I had abandoned because it was too hard with a
joystick.
