N2002 AI speeds

In Nascar 2002:

Is there a way to adjust the AI speeds at individual tracks without editing
their skill levels. I would think I have to edit the track.ini file but I
don't know what or where. I'd  like to slow them down at a few tracks while
speeding them up at another.

Thanks.

In each track.ini files (can be found in the track directory. ex:
X:\papy\n2002\tracks\bristol...you would be looking for the track.ini
file).

I find changing the following line help me with keeping up with the AI.

ai_grip_modifier = 0.99 ==> try to reduce this by 0.01 increment until
you are confortable.

I do this for each track because I do a championship season with AI at
100%. Of course, at certain track, I may increase their grip...

This line is useful too:

ai_qual_modifier = 1.013

If you change the grip modifier and that one, I think the AI will be
doubly slowed down.
