The Daytona track was in the PC game Bill Elliott's NASCAR CHALLENGE. So
how come SEGA could use the Dayonta track and Pyparus couldn't?

KONAMI put out the Daytona track with Bill Elliott's NASCAR CHALLENGE.
That was trademarked in 91. Did SEGA have the rights to Dayonta then,
nope KONAMI did and I am sure they did in 92 maybe 93 to. So SEGA may
have broke the copyrights to.
SEGA has the licence, which is why Papyrus can't use it.
