Look on line 7, page 4 of your ICR2 Installation and
troubleshooting guide for instructions.

Use the -h switch to start the app, i.e indycar -h (note the space between
"indycar" and "-h"

Doesn't it seem strange that someone with a original copy and manual would
need to ask about SVGA? Let him read it in the manual. A page and
paragraph was provided.
