GPL Training Manual?

I'm just getting back into GPL after some time away. I used to have a great
document written by one of the expert drivers of GPL that was like a GPL
driving lesson. I improved my lap times no end after reading it. I was quite
large and covered lots of areas. Anyone know where I might find it again?

Also, if the wallet will bear it, pick up a copy of Skip Barber Racing
School's Going Faster.

Guess I should put that in a macro, I've typed it often enough, but I can't
reccomend the book highly enough.

It the wallet can bear more get Carroll Smith's Drive to Win, and Keith
Codes The Soft Science Of Motorcycle Racing. Keiths book deals mainly with
the phsycology of racing, ( hence the soft science), and hence is nearly as
aplicable to cars as it is to motorcycles.
