Nr 2k3 mp road races? can't join

  I tried joining several non passworded servers for Watkins Glenn(hey I
still have a functional cd key!)  but I could not join.  Even the races
listed as 0-10 the connection box would open then say it was closing
because I was not qualified to run there.  I thought the 0- type skill
levels were supposed to be open to all.  I did get into a Texas session
with the same skill level..(no racing laps yet online so no rating)
  Anyone have any ideas why the system is not letting me int RR's?
I have a gf3 with no AA or anis running.

Maybe their LPI requirement was set to something higher than what you've
got?

Probably LPI.  Even if you set it at 0, it's possible to shut people out
somehow.  That's what happened for the first RASCAR race.  nobody with an LPI
of 0 could join..
