I was wondering if anybody could tell me a good setting in Nascar 4 for the
MS FF wheel? It seems that the way I have it set up right now is a real
handful to handle on the track. I have tried various stable car set ups and
they still seem to be a little unstable in traffic while online racing. Can
someone please suggest a starting point so that I can correct this problem?
Maybe share your exact settings as found in the N4 controller options menu.
Thank you in advance.

Set it full (100%) linear.  That should help a lot.

Thanks, I will give that a try. I see some other racers are also having some
of the same problems. I may try a few of their suggestions as well. Once
again thanks.

You might not be using enough latency correction.  With insufficient
latency correction the forces appear later than when you turned the
wheel, which can contribute to a feeling of instability.  For GPL, which
uses an earlier version of the N4 engine, Papyrus recommended a latency
correction of 85 ms for the MS FF wheel.  Try that in N4 and see if it
helps.

What other setting values did they recommend for the MSFF wheel?  And
I take it you are talking about the older non-USB version?

I've looked for serving suggestions on GPL and the MSFF wheel, but
never found any.

Thanks

The other FF settings for GPL are in different units than N4 uses, so
I'm not sure how they compare.
