in the player.ini you can find something about view, theres 10 options , 1
is nose cam.

No, sorry, it was a change in some .ini file but I can't remember
which one, but:

Download the 1.2 patch at http://www.racesimcentral.net/, the 1.1 patch had some
time synchronisation errors as seen in GP2/GP3.
