I haven't been over to the Hasbro site lately, but the targeted date was
December/January. Seems to me it's still January...so it must be on
schedule.

Don't hold your breath; IMO, it's in the same
class as their "We're working *** improved
online play, but can't talk about it" bs spiel.

Don't hold your breath. IMO, this patch story is in the same
category as their "We'd like to improve online racing, but we can't,
and we can't say why; double-top secret, you know" line of, ahem, talk.

IOW, tain't gonna happen IMO......except in a patch called Nascar
Heat 2 :)

There is a patch available , has been for a while .. 1.1e . Fixed many
multiplayer issues and added realistic damage.
You need it to use IRF (internetracefinder.com). You must already have this
patch so you may be talking about a 2.0 patch?
