Run Joyset.exe which should be on the CD or in the NFS2 dir

I tried that but still get problems.  Funny thing is that this game CAME
with my wheel/pedal and doesn't work.  CH wasn't thinking when they bundled
this game.  Its a nice game, just cant use the damned wheel/pedals..
