Trying to run f1rs in software mode. Does my 2meg graphcs card have a
chance of running the game ?

Enough info already. F1rs will not run on 2M graphics card. 4M is
minimum.

Fraid not, you need a min of at least 4Mb on your graphics card, and it
must be D3d compatible too.

Doesn't matter because you need a 4 MB graphics card which will handle
Direct 3D as MINIMUM.
3Dfx is HIGHLY recommended for speed and looks.

No, 4MB is necessary. Best, you set an eye on a 3dfx-card before you get
yourself a 4MB-card...
