What exactly is the difference between Easy mode and Realistic mode?  Can you
toggle on/off the driving aids in Easy mode or is everything preset with no
option to change?

None of the reviews I've read state with any clarity exactly what Easy mode is
or allows.  How is the driving mode (Easy vs. Realistic) different from the
Driver levels that one can choose (Amateur, Pro, etc...)?

I haven't played in Easy mode, but did check the options.  There is no longer
a choice of Amateur/Pro/Expert, no "time attack" or "practice" mode, there's
an option for automatic braking, steering help is fixed at "on".  I'd bet no
setup options.  Basically, it is a very stripped down, arcadish game.
