Why do you guys play N1 isn't N2 much better ?...Sorry if it is a
foolish question but I have seen N1 and it is very plain.

Bill ,
Well some of us who have had computers for over 5 years , not much money
to upgrade things or to win '95 like n1 & icr2 better. They are far
easier to edit , work , add things to.

Yes I realize n2 has better graphics & neat utilites , but I had n2 sold
it because it would not run on a 586-133 w/ 24 mb ram

I play N1 for the obvious reason of owning a Mac :-)
Ugh.

I tried using RealPC from Insignia but still on my 603e/180
with 64Meg of RAM I could only get 4 fps...

I repeat, Ugh.

Actually, I find that the racing on N1 is more realistic than on N2.
N2 may have superior graphics, but the racing itself just
feels...well, off.
Just my two cents.  That's why I stick with N1.
