Help needed on ICR2

I have played ICR1 and ICR2 but I am still not sure about the setting as
I have no chance to compare with the other. Will there be any skidding
sound when going into corners when the set up is good? Can some expert
please help me out in setting of Michigan and Toronto? Thanks.
