There is no such thing, so much is dependent on the driver. When I
don't know a course, I set all the shocks equal (around 60%), and
equal wing settings too (try around 12 or so at Long Beach, although
that may be way too slick for you- in which case go ahead up to 14 or
so). Then I do a few laps while watching tire temps. Adjusting camber
to get temps even across the surface of each tire.
Like I said to someone else, having a good controller, like the T2
wheel/pedal combo, makes things a whole lot better, ICR2 seems to
require such a thing.
