2 Logitech FF on one PC

Im running 2 Logitech Formula Force on my PC and it works fine for
split-screen games. The FF effects though does only appear on one of the

wheels (but from both of the cars). I have tried in both CMR and NFS3.
It must be a driverproblem (have 3.12 b.197).
One wheel is USB connected and the other COM connected.
Any suggestions about how to get FF on both wheels?
