F12001 White Screen (Won't Run)

Just installed a GF2Ti with the 12.41 drivers and I get a white screen (
with F12001 not responding message) when loading. It won't run. Anyone have
any ideas? I did a fresh install and the system check went fine.

I checked F1RC and RT demo and they run well after the installation of the
new card and XP (great OS btw).

It seems to sometimes alternate between a black and white screen (in
windowed mode).
