F1 2002 - saving

Is it possible to save a game during the race? I have looked through
the manual but couldn't find it. I prefer to go over 100% race
distance but I don't have the time to do it at once so I would really
like to save in game.

PS.: If it isn't possible, can it be done in F1 Challenge 99-02?

I'm not sure if ANY current racing sims have a savegame feature.  CMR, maybe?

GP4 has a savegame feature. Oh you meant Racing Sims, sorry.

Just kidding here, no offense to GP4 fans. Had a lot of fun with GP1 to 3.

Try Racing simulation 3. Fantastic for lan/alone races...
