When trying to setup a multiplayer game in tcp/ip, i see no players
joining.  I have a friend on the phone and we exchanged ip's and I
hosted.  What am I doing wrong?

Your not behind/using a firewall are you?  If so, you need to open up
some ports.  Now, your gonna ask me what ports right? :)

Your friend who's joining should press "refresh" at least 3 times until
the host's game shows up.  You can try to ping each other to make sure
the packets are flowing too.  Open a DOS box and type "ping
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"

Thanks for the reply.  We found that he was using an older version and
I had v1.551.  After upgrading his version it worked fine.
