MS Paddle shifter won't assign on GPL

I moved my sidewinder FF USB wheel to my nephew computer and it won't recognize
the paddle shifters (it did on my computer) on GPL ....... anyone know why?

Latest version of Direct X solved this problem for me.


1. N3 & MS FF (Won't recognize paddles) HELP!

2. they are assigning along with the sign now, won't command perceptions later

3. my steady builder won't assign before I devise it
