sometime when entering an online race via vroc all the cars have the same
sound and it wont let me choose any setups the sound does not come from one
of the ones in the sound directory. if one exits gpl and then reruns it, all
the proper sounds are back, and i can select my setups. What causes this
i have gpl 1.2  opengl patch carsound patch.

You have joined a race for F3's or F2's, they all sound the same, and if you
never have driven F2's or F3's, you don't have any setups for them :)
