Cn anyone solve this problem for gp3? I uninstalled it  and the uninstaller
crashed. Now the startup screen says the options 'Play, Exit, Uninstall gp3,
install direct x 7.' If i click uninstall it says  the game is already
uninstalled. Please install. After clicking okay to that message the autorun
screen shows the same options. I've also tryed installing using the
setup.exe file in the cd-rom drive. None of it works. Any help much
appreciated

I had that same problem of it not recongnising whether it was
installed correctly or not. But I cant remember how I sorted it!

As a last resort, you could search for "gp3" or "microprose" or other
key words in the registry and delete them. Ther'll be one which is
causing all the grief.

I solved the problem using a regclean utility.. don't have a link for
it here but it should be easy to find on the net.
Mail me if you can't find it and I'll mail it to you as soon as I get
home from work.
