N2 is a DOS based program so it uses the joystick input from Win95
differently than a native Win95 program.  What wheel/pedal unit do you
have?  You might want to go to www.thrustmaster.com and look for their
Pro Panel applet for the their wheel/pedal setups.  This is a much more
accurate and configurable applet than the default Joystick that comes
with Win95.  If you have an older T1/T2 or GP1 from Thrustmaster you
will need to use the "adapter" to put the wheel and pedals on the same
joystick for Win95 programs.

I had this problem, I fixed it by removing my joystk from win95 then
reinstall it. Since this is easy to do in win95 you might want try it. With
the demo I could not get it to read both joystks the reinstall fixed this.
Soda also is wierd when trying to config controls, It will not let you use
the same button when choosing one. You need to pic a button that you don't
want to use, then you can use the one you want.  I.E--> but 1 = shift up
but 2 = shift down    To switch button 2 to shift up  you first need to use
a diffrent button for shift down before the game will let you use button 2
for any other option.
All in all I find this demo to be a Good start. I will be wiating for
this one to hit the stores.

I supposed u ment the joystick driversAfter I deleted my joy drivers it
would let me re-load them
I saved to a flopey on my A: drive and I thought it was still on the
win95 CD as well
but it wouldn't let me re-load the drivers from either
so now I don't know how the drivers got there in the first place but
anyway . . .

would you send me your drivers please?
thanx

I had the same problem but you have to reinstall your joystick drivers!
There is an excellent instruction on the following page:
