NROS Freeze UP during race

My computer is freezing up for about 2 to 3 seconds during a race.
 This doesn't happen every race, but when it does most of the time
i end up in the wall and hopefully i don't take anybody with me.

 If anyone could help me out with this problem I would be greatfull.
