Nascar Heat LAN racing

My son and I have been trying to race Nascar Heat on our home LAN but
without any success.  Everytime we try to race, NH asks the person joining
for the IP address of the host. And no matter what we use, it can never find
it.  Both computers are hooked up to a Linksys hub and the network works
just fine. We can race GPL, & Nascar 4 offline without any problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Joel Willstein

try a program like GETIP to find out the ips of your machines

From the Start menu, select Run, then enter 'winipcfg' (without
quotes). That'll display you IP address.

Have you done the port forwarding or DMZ host? I found by changing the port
on one machine in the options.cfg and using port forwarding that it works
fine.
