are there any file similarities between Viper racing and Nascar Heat ?

I was wondering if anyone has seriously investigated the possible
similarities in file formats and other similarities in Viper racing and
Nascar Heat ? Are they totally different internally and incompatible for
cars as well as tracks ?

I've also been wondering about that, it would be really cool to have the
Viper tracks in NASCAR Heat.
