N2002 Utility?

This going to be very vague, but here goes! I remember a program being
written for Nascar 4 (as it had also been for GPL) that allowed you to
compare track time/racing line with the AI/online opponents. Can't remember
what it was called, and I wondered whether it can be used with Nascar 2002?
